I am using the patch (equate brand) seems to work just as good as the more expensive ones, make sure to get the clear ones, the other one seems to fall off before the day is through. I also us the BLU electric cig when I have a bad craving. I do good some days and then fall off the wagon for a day or two, but I keep climbing back on. When I drink it goes out the window every time. I am sleeping throughout the night now, and when I screw up I have never went over a pack. It is definitely tough as shit, but unbelievable how much better it makes you feel. I put on about 20 lbs since trying to stop and now trying to get that off, but don't have the munchies anymore like I did at first.
of course it works just as well. The active ingredients are the same. That goes for every OTC drug as well.
But it is hard quitting. It ties into almost everything I do. These habits become really hard to break.
