this team needs a new head coach (offensive minded) with a defensive coordinator allowed to coach the defense and a new GM
and then MAYBE, JUST MAYBE some of our talent can shine
talent wise, we have a pretty good offensive line, some good skill players on offense, two good to great rush backers, a very solid MLB, one good corner and one safety with a lot of potential
give us Geno, a good, young offensive minded HC and a feisty defensive coordinator and we could be a lot worse off
