I hear you, I do. But think about Tywin for a moment. Do you really think a man such as him would tolerate someone else's son, especially a lunatic like Aerys, to use his name and reputation and money so willingly instead of throwing him off a cliff when he was born? I highly, highly doubt as such. He already had Jamie, his golden child had already been born. There is no other explanation than that he is actually his son.
