Rookie QB coach?

I have seen a lot of discussions on here questioning which QB would be the best one to draft (Wilson, Smith, or Barkley). I think one aspect that needs to be taken into consideration is who on our coaching staff has the ability to develop a young QB? It wouldn't matter who was drafted if we don't have a strong QB coach that can help a rookie QB through all the trials and tribulations of being a rookie.

I don't have any confidence in this staff to do so. One of the things I am impressed with on the 49ers staff is that Harbaugh wasn't afraid to bring along his OC from Stanford. Fresh talented position coaches and coordinators can really help energize a team.

Who is out there that we should pursure irregardless of which QB we draft?
