The worst part of that interviw IMO was at the 8:00 mark and it sums up why his team is a complete failure from top to bottom.
"there's a kind of winning that's more than just winning. Its winning when you are surrounded by people that you trust, people that you care about...its winning the right way with the right kind of people. Its winning with people you have relationships with."
I cant believe he actually said those words on camera.
