All this talk about Routt's performance ON THE FIELD is moot.
He wasn't cut because he sucked.
He was cut because he couldn't follow orders. This is a good thing.
Like Sean Salisbury said, you can't fire them all. Eventually, RAC and Pioli are the ones that will be packing their bags.
