Jax knows Clay is behind the home invasions, which resulted in both Unser and Gemma taking a beating and Roosevelt's wife getting murdered. Frankie admitted it in front of Chibs, Jax, Bobby and Nero.

Hell, Bobby Elvis knows most of the above to be true as well.
