4/21/2012: Signed a two-year, $21.97 million contract. The deal contains $4 million guaranteed, including a $2.5 million option bonus. Another $500,000 is available through playing-time incentives.

That RIGHT THERE is PROOF that Clark has given Scott ***** a ****ing blank check to run this team and ***** is clueless as to how to go about building a winner.
The guy makes a terrible pick taking the guy and then, doubles down on the fail by restructuring him for more money. All while letting a superior player (Shaun Smith) walk for PEANUTS.
The guy makes a failed trade for Matt Cassel and doubles down on the fail by not even
attempting to sign or draft an upgrade to the pos. While letting a superior player walk for QB peanuts.

I posted this in another thread, but thought it deserved a place in the ***** fail thread for the media to see. ***** tried to slip this re-structure by during the draft because he knows he is the only GM that would sign a turd like Tyson Jackson to that kind of extension.
