Mike talking about killing the chick was pretty awesome dialog between him and Jesse. Also interesting that Walt was deliberating over Skyler at the time and heard all of Mike's talk about being "sexist" in not killing a woman when she needs killing (I don't think that Walt is planning on killing Skyler at this point).
Walt's increasingly delusional. That he said Jesse wanted to kill him but now is giving him presents was just icing on the cake. As if that makes him a "good" guy deserving of life, when the reason Jesse doesn't want to kill him now is that Walt "broke" even worse than he had before in poisoning Brock. Messed up.
That definitely sounded like the slide on a gun at the end.
For those decrying the move away from character study and to plot twists and gimickery, this episode should make you happy. Pretty much all character development.
