That happens sometimes. There's some sketchy power supplies out there. Usually though, we've found that melted shore cord ends result from stretching extra lengths of cord from the pedestal to the camper and cranking a lot of power (air conditioner) through it. It is at the Dealer right now and he says he is going to pick it up tomorrow. I am very sure this dealer will not take any shortcuts and I will call them about the unit before I buy it on what repairs were made. Thanks for the help
