It's not too hard to program a fix in for statistical flukes, though. If we have situations like this, I suspect that cdcox can build in some kind of governor for it. You want to have the possibility of freakish performances but obviously want them to be rare.
The interesting thing is that League 2 really doesn't have any of these outliers, which may be another piece of evidence that they'll normalize over time.
