I like just about any kind of BBQ, and I think most sauces are at least interesting and edible. I'm not huge on super sweet molasses sauces, and I actually prefer the yellow/vinegar style to them.
I like places that have multiple sauces to get different flavors to dip fries or bread in. My favorite sauces tend to have some spice to them, though.
