There are a few players that might be a tad better value here as far as perception goes, but I am not going with that as much as I am trusting my own eyes with my picks.
Every time I watched Baylor to see RG3 I kept seeing this guy pop up over and over and was impressive in doing what he would be asked to do in Miamis new hybrid scheme that may transition to a full blown 40 front in the next couple years or run both alignments to take advantage to what offenses want to do to them.
He can man the nose in a 30 front or a 40 front and eat up blockers while also being disruptive.
I know how many of us watched him and doubt that he is only on my radar this highly, so I think this is about the appropriate place to take the kid.
During shrine practices and the game, the kid was an animal and looks the part as well.
With the team set to lose Paul Soliai to FA, they need to get someone in there to get some reps and possibly be the future stone wall for that defense in the middle.
