They get you with the service fees, which don't show up until the end of the transaction. When I got MNF tickets last year, they added $25 per ticket.
I have no problem with them, because I'm the type of person that wants to pick exactly where I sit, and am willing to pay for it. I can't stand the "best available" option on ticketmaster (which also has ludicrous fees anyway) - what's to say my best is the computer's best? For instance, I'd rather sit in upper level end zone than lower level corner, and I'd rather sit row 30 near midfield than row 2 around the 10 yard line.
Delivery has never been an issue, but I've always ordered them well in advance.
