Will she still feel the effects? Did the artifact not work, or did it and she's totally clean? Will Arcturus Mingst still hunt her down? Obviously this doesn't destroy the Zerg, given the next game is Heart of the Swarm, but does it mean that the Overmind will come back up? We already know that the hybrid's will probably be the heart of the Protoss campaign.

I'm happy that things worked out, but I really hope that either they address these questions in the next games and not make us wait another 10-15 years to make us wait again.

The secret mission suggests that Mengsk and the Dominion are creating hybrids and working with the Dark Voice. So I imagine they will be major villains again. There's also Dr. Narud, the Moebius guy you rescue. He's probably Duran from Brood War.
