Had a bottle of ultra-delicious Russian River Pliny the Elder today. After hitting up Oklahoma Joe's for the Wed. night burnt ends I went to Flying Saucer for a glass of Bell's HopSlam on-tap and a glass of Bell's Expedition Stout on-tap. Yummy day!
The day in beer started when the contents of my latest beer trade came in. I got:
2x Russian River Pliny the Elder (double IPA)
1x Russian River Consecration (American Wild Ale)
1x Stone Vertical Epic 09.09.09 (Imperial Porter with a Belgian yeast strain)
1x Alpine Brewing Co. Nelson (rye IPA)
1x Jolly Pumpkin Bam Noire (black Saison)
1x Victory WildDevil (IPA with Brettonamyces yeast)
1x Hair of the Dog Adam (old ale)
1x Hair of the Dog Doggie Claws '09 (barleywine)
1x Victory Prima Pils (pilsner)
2x Oskar Blues Ten Fiddy (imperial stout... in a can!)
