I watched The Day the Earth Stood Still and City of Men the last couple of nights.
DtESS wasn't great, but not so bad that I wanted to turn it off. It was obviously trying to make a point, but there wasn't that "AHA!" moment that I was hoping for somewhere along the way. 2 out of 5 stars IMO.
City of Men wasn't as good as City of God, but still entertaining and worth a watch. Similar in style of course, and similar characters for that matter. 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.
