First, could you delineate what you consider pragmatic v whacko?
Second, could you give some info that led you to this conclusion?
Last thing I saw was him running point on one of his nieces pet project documentaries pressuring to shut down Indian Point, even though it's a well run facility, because it's too close to Manhattan.
I'll even do him the courtesy of letting him lay out a few of his aspirations in his own terms.

He's already a step beyond 'clean coal or bankruptcy' to 'no coal, no more, no how, no such thing as clean coal.' The one energy resource we have an advantage in.
So, no coal, no nuclear, stop using oil. I see a lot of pain in the offing.
