Yeah, that's why they're fading away. I LOVED the old school FF games on SNES.
You could be in the middle of a fight... take bathroom break, pay for a pizza, come back and plan your next move.
And playing those games was like reading a novel. Every time you played, you got a little more of the story. It was always different. A new chapter.
These days it's all about action... who shoots who first. I enjoy that too, but I miss my JRPG's.
