Meh. Sounds to me like he lives in an expensive neighborhood where the aesthetics matter. No cars parked on street, etc. Sorry, but if one drops over half mil. (in the midwest, I realize this buys a large cardboard box on the coasts), for example, to live in an up-scale neighborhood, it's not unreasonable to expect not to have to watch Cleetus splash in his kiddie pool in his driveway on Naturday with 10 people in plastic lawn chairs offering encouragement.
