The best movie theater candy is either Red Vines or Hot Tamale. When I was a kid, we would get our graveyard pops and drink them through straws made from Red Vines. We would also have contests to see how many Hot Tamales you could get in your mouth at one time. It only counted if you could chew them and get them down afterwards. it's amazing I have any teeth left and didn't choke to death.
