PQ DVD to iPod Converter is what I use. I bought version 1.0 a long time ago and it works very well but not the fastest (take however long the video is and divide by two and that's how many minutes it takes to convert...so the average Entourage episode is about 12 to 13 minutes). I now see that version 2.0 is up and I'll probably be buying that for my new laptop.
