Yeah. That seems to be a forgotten bit to the story. Punk wasn't even the one telling him no. Literally EVERY one else involved in production told him no first, he kept being an obstinate jackass about it, and they finally went to Punk to have him put his foot down. Then Perry does his spot on the All In pre show and directly trolls Punk by running his mouth knowing he's at gorilla position since he's in the opener.
