Funny how you can't see Franklin's speed translating on the field when it clearly does, but you don't see that MVS doesn't look like a 4.3 guy on the field. MVS is a 4.37 guy that looks like a 4.4 guy on the field. Franklin looks significantly faster on the field.
Also, there are 6'3"+ guys that run in the 4.3s that are much better than MVS. Just because there's a comparison to be made in terms of height and 40 doesn't mean that Franklin literally is MVS.
