This show exceeded my expectations significantly. I would also say that its 1st season was right on par, if not better than, GoT's 1st season. Considering the discourse around this show before it premiered (and anything GoT related really), this was a huge success.
Have to think its success is also going to directly lead to more spinoffs in this world, which I will certainly welcome (as long as the quality is maintained).
