That's not how body builders look year round.
He's gone 2 weeks hard cut and last few days on pills to reduce water retention to get the 'look'.
Mostly, body builders eat healthy as **** and have more normal fat levels - not KC/USA fat levels but closer to regular folks from countries that don't count fried as main food group.
