Mathieu at #1 is pretty controversial. Personally, I'd put Derwin James, Jamal Adams and Harrison Smith over him, for sure.
Kevin Byard is, and pretty much always has been, underrated.
If we're weighting off of 2019 seasons heavily then Minkah Fitzpatrick would probably slide above him as well, though I think he needs to prove he can play at that level for another season or two.
