Use 1oz to 1lb of butter. Put the grass in the oven at 200 for 30 min to decarb... then double boiler the grass and butter for 3-5 hours. Then strain out all the butter with a cheese cloth. I normally let it cool a bit and substitute it in your recipe of choice. Easier to make a double batch of cookies with the 1lb of butter (4 sticks) . Or you can save he butter and use accordingly. For edibles remember that you can always have more so take it slow.
