The "eat good" part of it has always been my crutch. I'm a lot better than I used to be but I also drink beer too often (is that possible) so my fails have always been in the kitchen... I'm like adam sandler in click when he wakes up and hes all fat shaking his body after I go to the gym for 32 minutes expecting to be super cut and thin with ripped abs
