Just gotta wonder what he saw there. I mean he sure seems to be looking right at Conley as the defender falls and it's right at the back of his drop. He had plenty of time to step/throw.
He had to be feeling that pressure coming from Kelce's side; maybe saw him out of the corner losing ground and was worried he wouldn't have the space to step up?
It's just such an odd thing to see from him. When's he ever hesitated to pull the trigger?
Just like the Pats game, I'm walking away from that loss saying "eh...I still think we're better..."
