NE was given a pretty favorable schedule...again. 4 of 6 at home to start and the 2 toughest opponents from the NFC North at Foxborough...GB and Vikings. Playing @GB and @Minnesota would look a little more daunting. 10 days rest to play KC and facing the Chiefs at home in consecutive years..
Two toughest road games are Steelers and Jacksonville...and finish the season with back to back home games against NY/Buffalo.
That's the Manning treatment.
Chiefs have had a brutal early schedule @Chargers, @Pittsburgh, @Denver (Donks were 5-0 in first month games at altitude), @NE, Jacksonville and now the first place Bengals and Rams in Mexico.
It's still hard for me to wrap my head around the fact NE got 0 defensive penalties...against this level of offensive skill players.
