At their present age, absolutely it is sad. The Chiefs seemed to have a knack for finding good safety play from guys like Pollard, Page, Greg Wesley, Sammy Knight, Abdullah, Et al. But lately finding good play at the position seems to be cursed. (I applaud them for trying to get Earl Thomas, but again, cursed.)
