Personally I would prefer Saint Patrick or nothing, but at least the nickname that ESPN has forced on our guy is not only something that has some basis in reality, it's decently fun and not entirely irritating. They could have chosen something truly awful like "Mahomes Cookin". Consider us lucky.

Showtime accurately describes his ability on a football field, even if it’s not obvious who the person is behind that nickname. I like the fact Saint Patrick accomplishes both at the same time. But his dad has called him Showtime forever and I don’t blame the family for wanting the world to go with that name.
