My question, the dude got a weapon out of the car in nano seconds. It couldn't have been under the seat or in a glove box. He shouldn't have been able to be armed that fast. My guess he had been sitting on it and it was just sitting on the seat.
I would think, after he exits the car, a quick look inside the car could have prevented this.
