I like to hike our mountains in the summer and I finally found a place near my home to train. There is an old pumphouse along the river that has a long metal stairway going down to it. There is a long hill going down to the stairs. I walk down the hill, go down and up the stairs three times, hike back up the hill through a little loop and repeat. I only did the loop five times yesterday before my legs were jello but it's a start. My fitbit said I did 41 flights of stairs and 49 minutes of exercise, so  .
Dog wasn't too sure about getting left behind on the stairs.
