Hey any of you guys know anybody local who will port heads and put new spings and valves in, and do a good job

Also drove the truck around the other day, carb is super rich and the ****er died trying to shift and then wouldn’t start up again until after I turned the key off, pumped the gas once and then restarted it. Would fire right up then but not before
