Pretty simple really. Don’t eat garbage like highly processed junk food and you won’t feel like miserable, bloated fat ****.

Yeah i have reintroduced eggs, cheese, chicken, honey, trout and salmon, game meat and steak. The 100 % vegan/plant based is cool, and there are tons of great tasting foods, but it is too tedious to track every aspect of what you are eating and drinking. Sometimes you just want a ****ing beer or some mozzerella sticks.
