The Chiefs have been stuck with pre-season game 1 and 4 for four straight years. That sucks. Here's the other years:
2014: Home game 1 and 3
2013: Home game 2 and 4
2012: Home game 1 and 3
2011: Home game 1 and 3
2010: Home game 3 and 4
The entertainment value of these games is basically: 3, 2, 1, 4.
We haven't got a three since 2014, and we've been stuck with a 4 a lot. The fourth game is totally frickin worthless. Both teams run vanilla, nobody plays a starter for fear of injury, and there's maybe five or six spots on the roster up for grabs by that point. And the NFL charges full price for all NFL exhibition games. It's a total racket.
