It's where I thought it might be, too, but I didn't think Salty Dawg had sawdust/peanuts/whatever on the floor. It's been years since I've been to the Dawg, though, so my memory could be foggy. I do remember that they serve beer in old Sobe bottles and I didn't see any of those around.
This looks like it would be more in Fairbanks than Homer. Maybe Skinny Dick's, Half-way Inn? Passed by it several times but never went in.
