Alexander’s serves what they call Japanese Wagyu on their menu which as I indicated for 135 to185 per 3 ozs as listed on their menu for those. As I originally stated I ate there recently and had the tomahawk. The only person tying that price ratio and 1100 to the tomahawk is you and I never said that.

Those tomahawk sell for 250 to 300 each depending weight and are listed as Wagyu. You make a very good point in that those give the false impression that they are also Japanese Wagyu the way they label it and slide it in with the others and they don’t indicate any differently. If it is this case I’m not very impressed with their deception and I don’t follow the difference between a marketing name and actual Japanese Waygu. If they truly are an american version or breed i would be interested in your info and viewpoint there.

I have previously had both their Japanese Wagyu (or what they claim it to be) and their F1 Australian. Are these authentic as well or marketing terms they use? If so I would definitely find another place to eat.

I meant what I previously said about my questions related to F1, Best KC Steak or location and Miyazaki. You seem to have detailed knowledge about this subject and I am really interested in those answers and what you are really getting at these locations versesmarketing fud
