Not a fan of his football ability, just my opinion, but the guy picked one of the best causes to beat the drum for in terms of working with kids who age out of foster care. Considering how tough life can be even under the best of circumstances, I can't even imagine what it would be like spending 18 years in a foster home and never getting chosen for adoption. That's got to really **** with one's self-confidence and sense of belonging. The fact that Alex recognized that and chose that as his charity says a lot about his character and compassion. He's a great dude, I just don't want him quarterbacking the Chiefs anymore.
