Cousins is going to cost at least 28 29 million. Stafford makes around 28. He's the highest paid QB in the league per season. The Redskins aren't going to franchise cousins. There's no point and putting the transition tag on him. The point is 28 29 million is the cost for a QB these days minimum. I'm not saying cousins is a top-tier quarterback. I'm not saying he should cost that much. I'm just saying that never been anywhere Matt Stafford makes 28 million a year so what the heck are we talking about?
