At Disneyland, the only passes that allow free parking are the Disney Signature, which is $849 and the Signature Plus, which is $1,049.
As I mentioned earlier, the Deluxe Pass at $229 a year included parking but since around 2014 or so, the Deluxe Pass jumped to $600+ and does not include parking.
