He also had one of the great all time defense in the history of the NFL and there is always the exception to the rule, thats the hardest way to win a Superbowl. Can it be done? sure, but its the absolute hardest way.
The Chiefs dont and i dont think ever had that. they have had solid defense, but in the modern football era, they have NOT had an all time great defense. Smith could win one too with that Tampa 2 defense they were beastly.
