well, 'took head' is not generally used as a phrase...usually it is said as: 'got head' or 'received head' or 'she gave me head'
so if you combine the awkward phrasing of this, with the fact that the 'taken head' was in the parking lot of a shitty restaurant in some strip mall..and the guy felt the need to brag about 'taking head' (sounded like rape) in a chilis parking lot..it creates a comedic image that should be considered 'funny'.
I think the problem is that in order to understand this type of complex and sophisticated humor, you really need to have 'taken head' before or at least touched a real female.
perhaps some day you too will take head from an elderly female in a parking lot and understand the joy this can bring to others
