I would fry Ore Ida Steak Fries in my grandmothers cast iron deep skillet after melting about 1/2 can of Crisco. NO ONE has ever been ever able to duplicate the crispiness, lightness and little bit of oil that added flavor in the last 30 years.

95% of all the fries I have had in the last 20 years are soggy or undercooked or flavorless or all of them!

I ALWAYS ask for my fries, extra crispy!

WORST FRIES in the last 20 years: In and Out Burger.
