Almost zero talent on offense, and a very slow defense. I don't remember this kind of indiscipline on D, though. Guys being out of position and whiffing on so many tackles. I just remember a distinct lack of talent save 2-3 guys. Plus Woody was a drunk.
The year I covered the team, 87, was Woody's best year because they ran the ball well and forced some turnovers. I think this team needs to junk Heupel's hurry-up and just pound it with Crockett, take pressure off Lock and set up some play action for him. The D, I have no idea. And apparently neither does Odom.
