The vanilla custard takes only about a week. Probably because of the cinnamon flavor. The almond caramel takes a good 2 weeks.
A little tip I heard from a guy that I work with is that you can achieve a quick steeping by putting your mix into a glass container and slowly heating it in a crock pot for a couple of hours. I have not tried it, but he claims it works.
I just ordered more stuff today. Going to try a graham cracker and cream mix, and experiment with some coffee flavors also.
