Today I blew it out of the park!
8 miles on the elliptical in 55:17, a sub 7 minute mile for 8 miles! I was hauling ass and sweating like a fat black whore in a Baptist church! Finished with 9.07 miles in 64 minutes.
Lifecycle fitness machine at 3 level resistance.
