I think you should watch them yourself and form your own opinion.

I actually liked Garfield as Spider-Man, even though he was like 41. And the fight scenes in the Amazing Spider-Man flicks were pretty good. I thought they really did a good job of showing off Spidey's agility and unorthodox fighting style.
